Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HSK HELPING HAND FOUNDATION, we value the trust and support of our donors who contribute to our charitable programs.
- Cancellation of Donations:
As an NGO receiving voluntary charitable contributions, donations once made cannot normally be cancelled once the transaction is successfully processed.
- Refund Policy:
- Voluntary Donations: In general, donations made toward social causes and community initiatives are non-refundable.
- Erroneous / Duplicate Transactions: If you made a donation mistakenly (e.g., entered an incorrect amount) or a technical error resulted in a duplicate charge, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Process: Please write to us at Hskhelpinghend@gmail.com with your transaction details (Donor Name, Transaction ID, Date, and Proof of Payment).
- Investigation & Approval: Upon review and verification by our team, valid refund requests will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source account/card within 7 to 10 working days, subject to standard bank/payment gateway processing timelines.
